These terms govern the use of the appointment-booking service available through the Garofita Kozmetika website.
1. Provider
Garofita Kozmetika (Moldovan Garofita, sole trader), 1094 Budapest, Bokréta u. 11–13., Hungary.

2. The service
The website lets you request appointments for beauty treatments. Submitting a booking is a request, which becomes final upon the Provider’s confirmation.
You will be notified of the confirmation by email (and by SMS on request).
3. Booking process
The guest selects the treatment(s), picks a time and provides contact details, then submits the request.
The Provider confirms the requested time or offers an alternative after a phone consultation.
4. Cancellation and changes
Please cancel or change a booked appointment at least […] hours in advance by phone or email.
In case of repeated no-shows without notice, the Provider reserves the right to make further bookings conditional.
5. Prices
Prices shown on the website are indicative and in Hungarian forints. The final price depends on the treatment and selected add-ons and is settled on site.
The Provider may change prices; confirmed bookings are honoured at the price stated in the confirmation.
6. Liability
Please inform the Provider before treatment of any relevant health circumstances (allergy, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, etc.).
The Provider is not liable for consequences arising from false or incomplete information.
7. Complaints
You may raise complaints at info@garofitakozmetika.hu or by phone; we aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.
For consumer disputes you may turn to the competent Hungarian conciliation board.
8. Final provisions
The Provider may amend these terms; the current version is always available on the website.
Matters not covered here are governed by Hungarian law.
